2 + 2 = 4! We are now a family of 4! This is a blog full of every day-to-day details of Kaylie's and Jessie's growing steps. Mommy would like to write a journal on how the Chan's family evolve and develop upon the arrival of our little angels - Kaylie and Jessie!

Happy Birthday to baba! We love you so much! This year, we don't have much celebration. Daddy needs to pick up the kids so he missed his cakes from work. Mommy cooked regular dinner for dinner, Kaylie and Jessie drew him some cards and pictures. Simple is good, as long as we stay together happily. Love you, hun!
It appears we rarely go outside of Richmond and when we do it seems such an exciting happenings for us. This day, we went to Broadway for a famous pork cutlet restaurant for lunch and we also went to downtown for a little touring on Robson street. Kids had fun at Lush.
Kaylie wants to sell cards and she teamed up with her cousin Elizabeth to make a bunch of cards. They will be fund raising for the Children's Hospital. Mommy is amazed by how nicely done they are. They planned to have a sale before Christmas so relatives and friends can get them for the seasons. Such good ideas to sell them during relatives gathering too!
Mommy's friend Ellen has a big heart to do a fund raising event for Breast Cancer Foundation and of course mommy would like to support! Mommy is not a good baker, but it feels good to have many friends come together to make breadsticks for sale. This is a dry run for the actual fund raising as we want to test out the recipes. It touches mommy's heart because mommy did have a close family member went through cancer as well so she will do all she can help to raise the awareness for Breast Cancer.
